Remote support
Secure VPN connectivity to the machine CNC: our technicians diagnose the problem in real time, access parameters, download diagnostic logs. Most service calls are resolved remotely within a few hours of ticket opening.
Service calls on-site
Technical teams based in Mariano Comense (Como), travel scheduled throughout Europe. Service calls for routine and extraordinary maintenance, retrofit, CNC update, replacement of mechanical and hydraulic components.
Original spare parts
In-house spare-parts warehouse: mechanical, hydraulic, electronic components, CNC boards, encoders. For discontinued machines we keep availability of critical parts and the ability to remanufacture parts no longer in catalogue.
Retrofit e modernizzazioni
CNC replacement on older machines, safety devices upgrade to current standards, hydraulic-hybrid conversion, addition of controlled axes. A well-maintained PG SRL press brake works for thirty years: a retrofit is often the right choice before replacing.
