Four families.
One philosophy.

Hydraulic, hybrid, electric, sheet metal roofing. Four technologies, one single idea: the machine you need, sized to your process. Never the same twice.

01 — The range

Choose the right technology.

Every machine is born around a specific problem. Hydraulic for pure power, hybrid for energy saving, electric for sustainability, sheet metal for long sheets.

02 — Tandem configuration

When one machine isn't enough.

The tandem configuration couples two (or three) DCA presses on a single CNC. Useful lengths up to 24 metres, split mode for two parallel jobs.

Industrial panels, railway profiles, longerons: everything a single press cannot bend in one shot, in tandem is done in standard cycle time.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about PG SRL press brakes.

Answers to the most common questions. For specific requests email us at info@pgsrl.eu.

What types of press brakes do you produce?

The PG SRL range includes DCA hydraulic press brakes (40-3,000 t), H.DCA hybrid (50-300 t), E.DCA electric (40-220 t), sheet metal roofing presses (110-300 t) and synchronised tandem configurations up to 24 metres.

Which press brake should I choose?

It depends on force, useful length and production cycle: DCA for heavy fabrication and versatility, H.DCA for low-consumption series production, E.DCA for clean environments and ESG pathways, roofing for long thin sheets, tandem for parts >12 metres.

Are PG SRL presses Made in Italy?

Yes, 100%. Design, construction, assembly and testing at our Mariano Comense (CO) facility.

Do you build press brakes to order?

Yes, all our presses are fully built to order: force, useful length, stroke, daylight opening, throat depth, controlled axes and automation. Delivery times 4–8 months.

Which CNC equips PG SRL presses?

Standard: CNC ESA S875W with 2D/3D graphics, bend simulation, variable angle management. On request Cybelec, Delem or other controls.

Warranty and after-sales support?

24-month warranty. Direct PG SRL technical support (no intermediaries): remote assistance, in-stock spare parts, target on-site response time of 24–72 hours across Europe (subject to service contract, geography and technician availability).

In depth

PG SRL press brakes: the range in brief.

PG SRL designs and builds hydraulic, hybrid, electric and sheet metal roofing press brakes at our facility in Mariano Comense, in the province of Como, since 2000. Production covers the full range of tonnages required by metal fabrication and the sheet metal processing industry, from compact 30-tonne machines to tandem systems exceeding 3,000 tonnes of nominal force and 24 metres of useful length.

Every machine is designed to order: force, stroke, daylight opening, throat depth, number of controlled axes, CNC type, safety systems and load/unload automation are sized to the customer’s actual parts and volumes.

DCA hydraulic press brakes

The DCA series represents the traditional hydraulic line: electro-welded normalised frame, two main cylinders electronically synchronised, continuous hydraulic crowning, hydraulic unit with proportional servo valves. Available from 40 to 3,000 tonnes with useful lengths up to 16.2 metres. They are the natural choice for heavy fabrication, discontinuous work and thick materials.

H.DCA hybrid press brakes

The H.DCA combines hydraulic power with the energy saving of electric drives: variable-flow pumps driven by servomotors reduce consumption by up to 80% on intermittent cycles, with faster accelerations and significantly extended hydraulic oil life. Typical range 50–600 tonnes, suitable for medium series production.

E.DCA electric press brakes

The E.DCA series is fully electric: ball-screw recirculating drive and brushless servomotors, no hydraulic system, minimal maintenance. Silent oil-free work environment. Available up to 220 tonnes, suitable for small and medium-sized parts where repeatability is critical (automotive, appliance, contract).

Sheet metal roofing press brakes

The PG-LAT line presses are optimised for industrial roofing: deep throats, generous daylight opening, back gauges and supports sized for long thin sheets. Useful lengths from 6.2 to 12.5 metres, tonnages from 110 to 300 t. Suitable for flashings, valleys, gutters, zinc-titanium, copper and aluminium profiles up to 1.5 mm.

Tandem configurations

For long or heavy parts that no single block can handle, two or three DCA presses are coupled on a single CNC, with electronic axis synchronisation and split mode operation (two parallel jobs on the same machines). Useful lengths up to 24 metres.

After-sales support

Support is handled directly by PG SRL, without intermediaries: VPN remote assistance, in-stock spare parts, on-site interventions throughout Europe. 24-month full machine warranty.
