Sharp blade and crushing die mounted on the same press. Sharp folds and closed seams without changing machine, without a second pass. The detail that gives you the panel in a single cycle.

Safety laser
Lazer Safe (on new installations) or MCS DSP (on retrofit / installed base) laser barrier, CE 2006/42 and EN 12622 compliant, allowing work with reduced daylight on thin sheets without compromising productivity.

Not a bolt-on accessory: the bend-and-flatten module is integrated into the press bed, under the die. The 26° blade and the flattening action are driven by the same CNC as the machine. Hem joints, sharp bends, 0° closures: you close them within the bending cycle — no second machine, no rework.
Pneumatic movement under certified safety: bistable valve on the air circuit and PLC-controlled positioning. Compliant with the machinery directive.

Cosa caratterizza a press da roofing?
PG SRL roofing press brakes are designed for bending long, thin sheets (aluminium, copper, steel zincato, inox lucido) tipiche del sector roofing edile e industriale: flashings, gutter channels, profili, ridge caps, valley flashings.
Which useful lengths are available?
Four sizes: 6,500 / 8,500 / 10,500 / 12,500 mm, with tonnages from 110 to 300 tonnes. Every tonnage covers all lengths. Configurations dedicated to serial operations on strip or coil.
Workable thicknesses and materials?
Aluminium up to 1.5 mm, copper up to 2 mm, galvanised steel 1.5 mm, stainless 0.8 mm, pre-painted sheets. On request, dedicated tools for tight bends and minimum radii. Above this range we exit the building-roofing use case.
Are these machines suitable for small roofing shops?
Yes. The range includes models from 100 t for industrial workshops and roofing shops, up to 300 t configurations for series production and structural profiles.

Press brakes for roofing: the PG-LAT series.
The PG-LAT line by PG SRL is optimised for industrial roofing and metal construction: press brakes dedicated to flashings, valleys, gutters, profiles in zinc-titanium, copper and aluminium up to 1.5 mm thick. Tonnages from 110 to 300 t, useful lengths up to 12.5 m.
Geometry designed for long sheets
Deep throat and generous open daylight to handle long parts: 2-3 metre flashings, gutter linings, complex-section channels with multiple close folds. Cantilevered back gauges, pneumatic supports and fixtures accompany the sheet without marking it.

Galvanised and pre-painted sheet, natural and pre-painted aluminium, electrolytic copper, zinc-titanium (VMZinc, RheinZink), AISI 304/316 stainless steel in light gauges. Dedicated tools with bend radii designed to prevent cracks and marks.
