Press brakes E.DCA: la serie electric.
La serie E.DCA è PG SRL's fully electric press brake: no hydraulic system, transmission b viti a ricircolo di sfere, servomotors brushless. Disponibile up to 200 tonnes con useful lengths da 1,25 a 4,2 metri.
Trasmissione
A high-precision pair of ball-screws moves the ram via pulleys and toothed belts. Brushless servomotors with absolute encoder on each axis: position and speed are known instant by instant.
Precision e repeatability
Tolerances within a tenth of a degree on a single part, repeatability in the order of one hundredth of a millimetre on the Y axis. No hydraulic lag, no thermal drift in fluid: the first part is identical to the thousandth.
Working environment
No oil, no leaks, substantially reduced noise. Minimal maintenance compared to a hydraulic press: automatic lubrication of the screws, periodic belt check, no oil changes. Suitable for clean departments and certified environments.
