We design and build press brakes and shears in our workshop in Mariano Comense, in the heart of the Brianza district north of Milan, since the year 2000. One philosophy: robust frame, configured to the job, easy to maintain. No catalogue: every machine is drawn around the work it will do.
01 — The story
A workshop before a company.
PG SRL was founded in 2000 in Mariano Comense, in the Como province — at the centre of the Brianza mechanical district, where precision craftsmanship has been handed down through generations of small workshops. Our story starts small, like that of many Italian manufacturers: first we learned to bend sheet for others, then we started building the machines that bend it.

03 — How we work
No catalogue. Just machines built for the job.
Every enquiry goes through our engineering office: industry, thickness, part geometry, expected volumes. From there we draft the configuration — force, working length, CNC control, safety, automation, tooling. That is why our online configurator asks for seven inputs before talking about a quote: without them, sizing a press brake is an exercise in fantasy.
Delivery anywhere in Italy or Europe, operator training included, technical manual in your language. From there on, the long relationship begins: original spares in stock, on-site response within 48 hours, technical hotline, CNC retrofits even on PG presses installed twenty-five years ago. Three machines out of four in our installed base are still in production after twenty-five years — because the real value of a press brake is not measured on delivery day, but twenty-five years later.
04 — Technical supply chain
Industrial-grade components, picked to last.
The frame is electro-welded in-house. Everything else is sourced: we pick the best supplier in each category and stick with them, so that spare-part compatibility and maintenance standard survive the lifetime of the machine.

Power packs, valves, high-efficiency pumps. The world standard for industrial bending — spare parts available in any country we ship to.
CNC controller
ESA Automation
Range from S630 to S875W with 3D graphics, autobend, tool library, active crowning. Italian CNC, operator training in your language, native Industry 4.0/5.0 readiness.
Tooling
Promecam standard
Standard Promecam (Euro) punches and dies, with the option of special tooling for sheet-metal work, acute angles and dedicated technical profiles.
PG machines run in light and heavy fabrication, shipbuilding, railway rolling stock, roofing trades, wind-energy structures, automotive subcontracting — across Italy and Europe. For bends beyond 16 metres we build dedicated tandem configurations.
