La DCA Standard è il modello idraulico storico della our range. È la macchina con cui PG ha built la sua reputazione in over forty years di work: una press brake tradizionale, robusta, preseebile, su cui montiamo le configurations più diverse a seconda di ciò che il customer deve davvero produrre.

Non è una macchina entry-level. È il punto di partenza di tutta la our range hydraulic, da cui derivano poi le versioni hybrid H.DCA ed electric E.DCA. Stessa struttura, stessa logica costruttiva, stessa scuola.

To give an idea of the configurative breadth, these are the three boundaries we can work within:

These are wide numbers. The point is simple: whether you need a 60 t press brake for craft roofing or a 3,000 t machine for heavy fabrication, we always talk about the same construction philosophy, simply scaled. We don’t change brand, we don’t change quality: we change dimensions, hydraulics, structure.

03 — FilosofiaCosa significa “100% custom”.

It’s the thing we repeat most to customers, and the one that generates the most misunderstanding. “Custom” for us does not mean “choose a colour or a silkscreen”. It means we actually modify the machine across 10 independent dimensions.

From 1.2 to 16.2 metres of bendable length. We define it on your parts, not on a catalogue.

In practice: we don’t sell “models”, we sell configurations. That’s why you won’t find a price list on the site.

04 — ApplicazioniWho DCA is for.

The range covers three application families, on which we have decades of experience:

  • Carpenteria leggera e media — DCA da 60 a 220 t, lengths 2.000–4.000 mm, 4–6 assi. È il cuhours del nostro parco installato.
  • Heavy fabrication e strutturale — DCA from 300 to 3,000 t, lengths 4,000–16,000 mm, 6–10 assi. Per chi piega travi, profili, sheets spesse.
  • Configurations speciali — DCA up to 3.000 t and 16.200 mm, oppure tandem (due macchine sincronizzate). Per applicazioni industriali fuori standard.

Per la roofing specifica abbiamo invece una range dedicata, geneticamente diversa.

05 — ConfrontoDCA, H.DCA, E.DCA: come scegliere.

La scelta tra le tre versioni della stessa famiglia dipende da una sola domanda: quanto piega al giorno?

  • DCA Standard (hydraulic) — Work continuo, qualunque tonnage, robustezza massima. È la scelta di default per la heavy fabrication e per chi lavora 2-3 shifts.
  • H.DCA Hybrid — Quando il consumo energetico inizia a pesare, ma serve ancora la potenza hydraulic. Mantiene la force, stroke i consumption.
  • E.DCA Electric — Cicli rapidi, tonnages medi, alta precision, silent operation. Perfetta per carpenteria leggera moderna e produzioni sostenibili.

There is no “best one”. There is the right one for the work you will do. That’s exactly the conversation we have during quoting: we ask what you bend, how much you bend, in what environment, on what shifts — and from there we understand which of the three is your machine.
