    Monthly

    Line operator: cleaning, levels, leaks, lubrication and a logged safety test.

  2. 02

    Quarterly

    Skilled operator: oil filters, back gauge lubrication, full safety test, tightening checks.

  3. 03

    Six-monthly

    Technician: axis play, ram-to-bed parallelism, back gauge alignment, CNC diagnostics.

  4. 04

    Yearly

    PG technician on site: cylinders, full calibration, CNC firmware, safety check, log updated.
